Refund Policy

Automatic stale-bid refunds

If a valid higher bid takes Today’s #1 before your payment finalizes, Anybid does not activate your listing and automatically refunds the payment to the original payment method.

Completed placements

Once a bid is confirmed and the listing is live, the public placement service has started. Completed placement payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where Anybid cannot provide the placement because of our error.

Requesting help

Include your Stripe receipt or Checkout Session ID when contacting bids@anybid.lol. We will review payment, listing, and moderation issues promptly. Card disputes may cause the associated placement to be suspended while reviewed.
